I am a Licensed Mental Health Counselor in the state of New Mexico. I received my Bachelors of Science Degree in Psychology (with a minor in Criminal Justice) from Western New Mexico
University graduating with honors (Cum Laude) and as the outstanding student in Psychology. I earned my Masters of Science in Christian Counseling from Grand Canyon University.
I have experience in clinical settings with adults, adolescents and families addressing trauma, crisis, anxiety, depression, substance abuse and other presenting issues. My training and experience include trauma work, cognitive behavioral therapy, crisis management, EMDR, training in telehealth therapy as well as 1 year experience practicing telehealth-therapy.
I practice on the belief that we are all individual’s and strive to offer each of my clients a holistic approach and consider their individual needs, experiences, abilities, and beliefs. Love, faith, and family are my centers and my goal is to help my clients find their balance in life and happiness.
