I am a Las Cruces native, having earned my Bachelor's Degree in Social Work from NMSU and my Masters Degree in Social Work from WNMU. I specialize in children 14 years old and younger and their families. I approach therapy with an open mind, including a blend of modalities to meet the individual needs and interests of my clients. I utilize creative interventions including play based and artistic approaches, all based on client interest. I use a systems perspective including child/person-centered approach, cognitive behavior therapy, strengths based, and attachment work. I am also currently pursuing my play therapy certification. I am neurodiverse affirming, and have experience in crisis intervention and trauma, advocacy, medical, and school settings.

I believe that we all act and feel the way we do for a valid reason, and it is my role to stand by children and their families while navigating intense life challenges. I believe children are capable, complex, and beautiful human beings. It is my honor to support them in their own language and expression.

In my free time, I enjoy weight lifting, yoga, sourdough baking, art, and spending time with my family and fur babies. I am eager to serve the community I love with kindness and compassion.

You are not alone - we are here to help!
