Circle of Security Parenting™

An 8 Week Parenting Program, Starting February 25th, 2026

About the Program

We’re excited to offer another round of Circle of Security Parenting™, a supportive and practical program designed to help you better understand your child’s needs, emotions, and behaviors. Parenting can feel overwhelming, especially when your child’s actions don’t make sense or when big emotions take over. This approach is grounded in decades of research on attachment and emotional development, focusing on helping you feel more confident and connected as a caregiver.

What makes our version unique is that we add a creative twist - using pop culture themes and expressive arts to make the learning process more engaging and meaningful for you and your kiddo. Whether your child relates to superheroes, Bluey, anime, Star Wars, or Harry Potter, we bring those familiar worlds into our sessions to help you both understand and discuss feelings in a safe and relatable way.

Through drawing, play, storytelling, and real-life examples, you’ll learn how to recognize what your child is really asking for underneath their behavior, how to respond in ways that feel good to both of you, and how to stay emotionally available even during tough moments. We’ll also explore your own parenting triggers (what Circle of Security calls “shark music”) and talk about how to repair connection when things go off track. This isn’t about being a perfect parent - it’s about being a safe, strong, and loving presence your child can count on.

If you’re looking for a fun, creative, and heart-centered way to better understand and connect with your child, this program was made for you.
