Hi, I’m Victoria Luna!
I’m a therapist with a Bachelor’s in Psychology and a Master’s in Social Work, both from New Mexico State University. I chose to be a therapist because I deeply believe in each person’s ability to heal, grow, and thrive. Therapy is a powerful space where that healing can happen, and I feel honored to support my clients on their unique journeys.
My approach is grounded in building strong, genuine connections. I want every client I work with to feel seen, heard, and valued for who they are. I draw from the principles of trauma-informed Care, always keeping in mind that your story matters and that safety, trust, and empowerment are key.
There’s no one-size-fits-all in therapy, so I tailor my work to meet each client’s individual needs. I also come from a strengths-based perspective—helping you tap into the resilience and resources you already carry within.
I have worked with clients of all ages, including young children, teens, and adults. I have experience in Adlerian and Child-Centered Play Therapy and am working toward becoming a Registered Play Therapist. This fall, I’ll begin training in EMDR to better support clients who want to work through their trauma.
