Hi, I’m Ashen, a mental health counselor and licensed professional art therapist (LPAT-C). My work is grounded in the belief that each of us carries an innate capacity to heal, grow, and create meaningful change. I’m here to help you reconnect with that part of yourself.

My background includes counseling, art therapy, and years of mentoring young adults as they navigate life’s transitions. I offer a compassionate, creative space where you can explore grief, identity, memory, and change in a way that honors your unique experience. Whether we’re using traditional talk therapy or expressive arts, my goal is to support you in making sense of what’s unfolding and finding your way forward.

I completed my graduate training in Art Therapy and Counseling at Southwestern College in Santa Fe, NM, and continue to integrate evidence-based practices with the healing power of art and imagination.
