Telehealth

What is Telehealth?

Telehealth is the application of therapy services through video conferencing. At A New Hope Therapy Center – our provider will be available via Doxy.Me a HIPAA compliant video conferencing service. From the comfort of your own home or the convenience of your own office, you can receive therapy services without interrupting your day!

So, I don't have to come to the office?

Only once! We require your intake session to be done in the office, in person with your assigned therapist. This allows us to complete your initial assessment, verify your insurance benefits and place a card on file for copays and deductibles. After that, your weekly sessions can be done via telehealth. Your therapist will provide you with a link that you can access from your phone, tablet or personal computer. You are asked to be in a safe and confidential location, for your own privacy. Your therapist will be available online, seen from their office or another confidential location.

Who else will be in the room?

Only your therapist will be present for your sessions.

What equipment do I need?

You will need a reliable internet connection for the video conferencing and a device (phone, tablet, computer) in a secure, confidential space. That's it!

So I have to keep track of a username and password?

No! Our service does not require you to log in - simply click the provided link and you are in the virtual waiting room!

I would like additional information.

Great! Contact us and our office administrator will be happy to discuss the details further and schedule you for your office based intake!
