I believe it is not by accident that you are here. It may be to seek deeper meaning in your life by understanding more about yourself or the people you share your life with. Maybe you desire engaging in more fulfilling communication and meaningful connections. Possibly it’s to gain a sense of wholeness you have been yearning for. Or you just want someone to listen while you work through your daily challenges without being judged or interrupted. Whatever the reason that brought you here one thing is for sure, you’re ready for change.
As a Licensed Associate Marriage and Family Therapist, my approach pulls from Emotionally-Focused Therapy and Solutions-Focused Therapy. As your partner, it is my intention to hold and maintain a space that allows for healing to unfold organically by providing safety, nonjudgment, and empathy in such a way that a shift can occur. Utilizing a holistic, integrative, and person-centered approach, therapy is adjusted to each client’s needs and desires. I have a passion for empowering people on their life journey and enjoy working with individuals, couples, or families with children. I hold a MA degree in Marriage and Family Therapy, a BA in Child and Adolescent Services, and an AOS degree in Mind-Body Transformational Psychology.
I commend you for taking the first step to your healing and growth. You already possess the necessary skills inside you to create the change you are seeking. Allow me to be by your side and help you discover and remember your strengths, imagine a greater possibility for yourself, and support you in achieving your goals.
“We all need a sacred witness in life, a person who can listen without judgment while knowing the right questions to ask that continually illuminate our path” - Caroline Myss
