We understand that the demands of life and responsibilities often make it difficult to find time for yourself. We are happy to offer you therapy conveniently from your phone or tablet!
What is Telehealth?
Telehealth is the application of therapy services through video conferencing. At A New Hope Therapy Center – our provider will be available via a HIPAA compliant video conferencing platform. From the comfort of your own home or the convenience of your own office, you can receive therapy services without interrupting your day!
So, I don't have to come to the office?
Nope! Once we obtain your intake paperwork, we will schedule your intake with an available therapist. Your therapist will provide you with a link that you can access from your phone, tablet or personal computer. You are asked to be in a safe and confidential location, for your own privacy. Your therapist will be available online, seen from their office or another confidential location.
Who else will be in the room?
Only your therapist will be present for your sessions.
What equipment do I need?
You will need a reliable internet connection for the video conferencing and a device (phone, tablet, computer) in a secure, confidential space. That's it!
So I have to keep track of a username and password?
No! Our service does not require you to log in - simply click the provided link and you are in the virtual waiting room!
