Our

Office

Living Room

Welcome!

We are a group practice of therapists who enjoy being able to provide mental health therapy to our community! Our therapists are available, by appointment only, to help our community members navigate the stress in their lives. So whether you or your loved one is struggling with symptoms of depression or anxiety, need support in healing from a traumatic experience, or help in grieving a loss - we are here to help! Our therapists specialize in a variety of issues, treatment modalities and age ranges. You can learn more about our available clinicians here

Hours

Hours are by appointment only due to each of our therapists having their own unique schedule. Our office provides early morning, day and evening appointments seven days a week to accommodate our clients’ schedules. Please note that all therapists are available by appointment only and high demand times including after school, evening and weekend appointments are not always immediately available.

**A note about after school appointments**

We understand the demand for appointments that do not interfere with school, however there are only so many after school hours to meet this demand.

We generally do not schedule new clients for after school appointments - they are most often given to current clients who have been waiting for an after school appointment.

The best way to obtain an after school appointment is to take a day time appointment and remain consistent with your attendance and engagement in therapy and let your therapist know that when an after school opportunity arises that you would be interested in shifting your appointment time.

Cancellation Policy

Missed Appointments

Our policy is to charge for missed appointments not canceled within 24 hours of your scheduled appointment time. These charges will be your responsibility and are charged to your card on file the following business day. Please help us to serve you better by keeping your regularly scheduled appointment.

Cancellation and Missed Appointment Policy

Our goal is to provide quality individualized care in a timely manner. "No-shows" and late cancellations inconvenience those individuals who need access to care in a timely manner. In order to be respectful of the needs of other clients, please be courteous and contact your therapist promptly if you are unable to show up for an appointment. This time will be reallocated to someone who is in need of treatment. As a reminder, we require that you call at least 24 hours in advance. Appointments are in high demand, and your early cancellation will give another person the possibility to have access to timely services.

To cancel appointments, please call your therapist directly or the office at 575-556-9585. If you do not reach the therapist or the receptionist, you may leave a detailed message on our secure voicemail. If you would like to reschedule your appointment, you must contact your therapist directly as they manage their own schedules.

Getting Started

You have already taken the first step to get help by finding us! Now, if you're ready start therapy here are the next steps:

1) Check with your insurance to see if your plan includes mental health coverage and if we, A New Hope Therapy Center, are in network for your plan. If we are not in network, you are still able to obtain services - you will have to pay out of pocket and then we can provide you with a superbill to submit to your insurance for reimbursement.

2) Then, take a look at our therapists and our therapists-in-training to see if there is someone you would like to work with specifically - if not, we are happy to set you up with one based on your initial call.

3) Get in contact with us to schedule your first session. This can be done via phone by calling us at 575-556-9585 and speaking to our administrative assistant, Courtney, or emailing her at courtney@anewhopetc.org. When you contact her, Courtney will ask for some information regarding your insurance as well as what issues you would like to address in therapy. With that information she will match you with a therapist and find the next available appointment for you.

4) You will then meet with your assigned therapist to complete an initial assessment which will tell them the best way to help you meet your goals!

You are not alone - we are here to help!
