Therapists will utilize tools to identify their level of stress and professional burn out, while
gaining insight into their current engagement in the domains of self-care. After defining their
current and pre-pandemic level of functioning, each participant will gain knowledge in methods
of how to improve their self-care habits, with a focus on pandemic considerations, through
discussion and psychoeducation. Self-care definitions and practices will be defined and
reviewed. Therapists will then practice infusing their identified practices into a personalized plan
to achieve more balance in their personal and professional lives.
