Women and Body Image



Beginning March 3rd

These free group sessions will cover topics including diet culture, societal messages about appearance, comparisons to other women, and other relevant topics.

This group is designed to:

  • Provide a safe, non-judgmental space to explore your relationship with your body image

  • Develop coping skills and other tools to help increase positive self image and compassion

  • Provide opportunities for community, connection and growth within a small group setting

This group will run for 7 consecutive weeks.
