Getting Started

You have already taken the first step to get help by finding us!

 

Now, if you're ready start therapy here are the next steps:

 

1) Check with your insurance to see if your plan includes mental health coverage and if we, A New Hope Therapy Centerare in network for your plan. If we are not in network, you are still able to obtain services - you will have to pay out of pocket and then we can provide you with a superbill to submit to your insurance for reimbursement. 

 

2) Then, take a look at our therapists to see if there is someone you would like to work with specifically - if not, we are happy to set you up with one based on your initial call. 

 

3) Get in contact with us to schedule your first session. This can be done via phone by calling us at 575-556-9585 and speaking to our office manager, Victoria. When you call, Victoria will ask for some information regarding your insurance as well as what issues you would like to address in therapy. With that information she will match you with a therapist and find the next available appointment for you.

4) You will then meet with your assigned therapist to complete an initial assessment which will tell them the best way to help you meet your goals!
