About Your Summit Host

A self-described geek, Maria Laquerre Diego, LMFT, RPT-S is a therapist turned CEO. In addition to supporting mental health providers, Maria takes an active role in addressing the continued stigma of mental health services through the use of pop culture – everything from movies and television shows to superheroes and Disney characters.

 

Maria has spoken about mental health at several local events, has served as an officer on professional boards, and has provided training to clinicians all over the country.

Please note that you are only eligible for CEs for the workshops you attend, live or on-demand, and APT CEs require completion of a post-test for both live webinars and recorded trainings. A New Hope Therapy Center is an Approved Provider for the Association for Play Therapy (APT) - Approved Provider 20-631 and Maria Laquerre-Diego is an Approved Provider for the NM Counseling and Therapy Practice Board CCE020981. Please check with your state or other licensing board regarding their acceptance of these CEs. 

**The link to recordings will be available approximately 48 hours after the summit concludes and will be emailed to all ticket holders..There will not be an option to download the videos but they will reside on our servers so you can watch anytime within the 6 month window. You’ll need an internet connection.

Please note: If you attend the summit live, it is required that you have your video on and are actively participating to earn the offered contact CEs. Please do not engage in other activities while in this training including driving, driving through for that coffee fix, or rearranging your closet - this training requires your attention and engagement. Please be aware that the summit will be recorded. You will receive an email with the Zoom link and any handouts the day before the training.
