Clinical Consultation
“The meeting of two personalities is like the contact of two chemical substances: if there is any reaction, both are transformed.”
— CG Jung
Many of us would attest that therapy can be very rewarding and motivating because of the much-needed good it can do in the world. Most of us would also agree that it is difficult and can be taxing on our own. We believe that good professional relationships can powerfully enhance our own well-being and effectiveness.
Connection with trusted colleagues is key to processing our interactions with clients, and what is going on within us — which we all need to do!
Our clinical consultation groups provide many benefits, including:
-
Helping inform us about important therapeutic tools and techniques
-
Improving or refining your clinical skills
-
Providing a basis for meaningful and fulfilling professional relationships
-
Preventing burnout
-
Helping us recognize our best strengths and how to build on them
-
Giving us highly cost-effective, regular access to the expertise of each member
Each member’s clinical experience gives us a wealth of understanding to share in support of each other. Group clinical consultation is a safe place to talk about complexities of clinical work, the kind of practice you want to build, or to explore and develop what you already bring to your work! We are here for you and invite you to join this empowering group.
