Ages: Children, Teens, Adults

Specialties: Play Therapy, PTSD/Trauma, Relationship Issues

I enjoy working with a variety of clients, including children, adults, couples and families and I have experience in each of these areas. I approach therapy from a systems perspective, meaning that I view issues within the context of families and relationships. Helping individuals and families make positive changes in their life and empowering them to reach their goals is my favorite part of this work.

I have been working with children in different capacities since 2013 and have experience in handling challenging behaviors and teaching children better communication and coping skills. I also have 2 years experience working with children who are on the autism spectrum.

I graduated from Northcentral University with a master of arts in Marriage and Family Therapy in July 2019 and I received my bachelor of arts in Psychology and Family Studies from UNM in 2015.
