Bridging Hearts

Brief Couples Therapy Group

Group Description:

In this 6 week group, we will cover topics such as communication, meeting each other's needs, and increasing love and respect within your relationship. Whether your relationship is in need of a tune-up or you're facing serious challenges, this group will offer tools to get you where you want to be in your relationship.

Who Can Attend?

This group is exclusively designed for individuals aged 18 and above who are in committed relationships. Participation in this group requires both individuals in the relationship to attend all sessions together. It's important to note that this program is tailored for couples, and joint attendance for every session is essential to ensure mutual benefit, understanding, and progress within the relationship. Please be aware that this group is specifically structured to support committed partners attending together for the entirety of the sessions

Expectations for Participants:

Our group therapy sessions operate as a closed group, which means that once the sessions commence, we do not accept new members. Participants are expected to commit to attending all six sessions from start to finish. Consistent attendance throughout the entire duration of the program is vital for the group's cohesion, trust-building, and effectiveness in achieving therapeutic goals. Please note that due to the closed nature of the group, no new members will be added after the initial sessions begin.

This group meets every Tuesday from 5:15 - 6:15pm
Starting February 13thand
Ending March 19th

This in person group meets at the A New Hope Therapy Center office.

We are happy to bill your insurance if we are paneled with them. Our self pay rate is $25/couple per session, $150 for the 6 weeks.

Group Facilitator

Claira Hart, LMFT

I enjoy working with a variety of clients, including children, adults, couples and families and I have experience in each of these areas. I approach therapy from a systems perspective, meaning that I view issues within the context of families and relationships. Helping individuals and families make positive changes in their life and empowering them to reach their goals is my favorite part of this work.
